Sunday School is held from September till May of the following year. We meet at 9:15 AM each Sunday for Pre-School through High School aged children.

Sharing our Talents
During the month of December, the children share the wonderful news of the Birth of Jesus by putting on a pageant. Each year is a big success. Palm Sunday is another event that the children share their talents by taking a few minutes of the worship service to share the story of Jesus riding on the donkey into Jerusalem. Each summer, Scandia Lutheran also provides a Vacation Bible School program for the area youth.Confirmation
Our Confirmation Students meet each Wednesday after school from 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM during the school year. Student's are encouraged to begin the 2 year confirmation program when they are in 7th Grade.
At the beginning of the year the student's receive a Prayer Partner. The Prayer Partner is a member from the congregation that would like to pray for the Confirmation Student.
Each Confirmation Student is required to complete 15 Sermon Outlines during the year and also Acolyte during Worship Service.
Vacation Bible School
In June of each year, Scandia holds Vacation Bible School. In the past we have hired Shetek Lutheran Ministries to conduct VBS. We have also put together our own program using some of the great resources that are available.
